I just wanted  to say thank you again for having me at your meeting this morning. It was a pleasure to meet everyone and I am honored that you are considering me to join your group. I feel that the group has a great dynamic and I can't wait to bring amy own energy and resources to the meetings. Winning the Starbucks card was a great incentive too. I was truly impressed by your friendliness and the cordial welcome afforded me by those that stayed behind after the meeting. Phil Piantone - Long & Foster

We would not be living in our house today had it not been for the unswerving efforts of our Long and Foster real estate agent, Philip Piantone. We had set our sights on our dream home - but, it was listed as a short sale. Little did we know how difficult that categorization would make it to even find an agent who would be willing to show the property to us. Philip, however, contracted us moments after we sent our first email asking for his assistance - it was a sign of things to come because he didn't let us down once during our entire three-month journey. 

We quickly became aware of he challenges we would face by placing a bid on a short sale - 1 in 20 short sales actually make it to closing. Philip knew what the odds were and didn't falsely inflate our hopes, but he also didn't discourage us from going after what we wanted. Philip called us weekly without fail, updating us on the status of our bid, patiently answering our many questions, calming us during frantic moments, even keeping us informed while he was on vacation. He expended every effort to keep us informed and went above and beyond the call of duty, picking up the slack for a seller's agent who was blithely unaware of what was happening with the property she was representing

The bottom line is this - without question, we own our beautiful home because of Philip Piantone. We feel incredibly lucky to have found him, Yes, buying our home was a business transaction, but we truly feel we came away from the experience with a friend as well.

Brian Kerr - Kerr Landscaping, LC

Brian did some landscaping work for me and did an awesome job. He was considerate, knowledgeeable and made sure everything got done to my specifications and stayed within budget.  He is a great guy and a terrific lanscaper.  I highly recommend him and will be using Brian again in the spring when it is timeto do more work.

Brandon Wymlenberg - Brandon Wymelenberg Handyman Service

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work offered by Brandon Wymelenberg.  On two occasions, I asked him to submit a bid on various hanyman projects, in preperation to selling my house.  On the first occasion his bid was very competitive.  However, he told me up front that his workload was such that he would ot be able to complete the projects within the tight deadline I needed.  I appreciated his candor and honesty, and used another handyman for that project.

Later, when new items needed to be completed, I again contacted Brandon.  His estimate was provided in a timely manner, and again was extremely copetitive.  I did use him for those projects.  I was especially impressed by the way he listened to my concerns, and suggested alternate ways to ge the projects done to my satisfaction.

His craftmanship and professionalism were clearly on display as he performed all tasks.   All jobs were well done, and completed in a timely manner

I would gladly use Brandon for any future jobs, and would recommend him to others.  I have included his contact information in a folder I have prepared for the future owners of my house.
